Our policy lasts 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit, or refund.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
Fill out the return card and include it in your package.
We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We cannot provide paid return dhl labels for Canadian returns, please select the option to ship it back yourself.
We are able to create dhl return for U.S and international orders, the customer covers the cost of the label. Labels costs start at $15USD and are calculated by weight of the item.
Shipping labels can only be used at DHL locations, if you are unable to drop the return package off at a DHL location, please do not choose this option.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.
Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.
We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. You'll be able to use this to order another item.
The store credit never expires.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. (debit card, credit or PayPal)
Returns for refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item, however credit or debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. This will vary from bank to bank.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order
All Items returned for refunds will be charged a handling fee of $5 for Canada, $10 for U.S and $15 for other countries.
Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged an additional handling fee. For CA it is $5 for U.S it is $8. Other countries is $10.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. OFUURE does not provide free return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, and will be deducted from your refund.
